Job Analysis

Job analyses are a critical part of an effective, targeted training curriculum.  Unfortunately, conventional forms of job analysis—one-on-one interviewing, data collection sheets, surveys, observation, procedural analysis, and multi-day focus group sessions with subject matter experts—are expensive and time-consuming. Intrepid’s experts have developed a better way.  Our Job Analysis at the Speed of Reality (JASR) methodology allows completion of a validated task list in just two to three hours per job position.

Intrepid’s streamlined JASR methodology serves as the basis for subsequent task analysis, competency modeling, and curriculum development services.  The two- to three-hour JASR session results in a validated task list that can be used to generate multiple tools:
