The exclusive Intrepid Learning Framework effectively incorporates technology and instructor-led learning. You're assured of highly effective, instructionally sound learning.

At the basic, 101 level, Intrepid uses e-learning to transfer basic skills and knowledge. This efficient, highly flexible solution allows people to learn at different times and speeds.

At the intermediate, 201 level, Intrepid applies blended learning, incorporating instructor-led training (ILT) and e-learning. Employees are able to apply the basic skills and knowledge acquired in 101 training and gain the benefits of classroom discussion.

Expert, 301-level curricula features instructor-led training and mentoring. It's appropriate for employees who need to become experts in a particular area or gain certifications
